Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to the following countries/regions (checkout will automatically validate address eligibility):
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, major EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, selected countries in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
- Certain remote areas, military addresses, or restricted locations may be undeliverable or require additional time and fees. If an address is not serviceable, the system will notify you at checkout or we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Handling & Dispatch Time
- Order processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Pre-order or customized items may require an additional 5–10 business days, as indicated on the product page.
- A tracking number and link will be provided once your order ships.
Estimated Transit Times
- North America (US/Canada): 3–8 business days
- UK and major EU countries: 4–9 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 5–12 business days
- Other eligible destinations: 7–15 business days
Notes: These timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, customs clearance, holiday peaks, and carrier factors.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- International express: DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, Postal (options shown at checkout).
- At checkout, available methods and rates are calculated based on destination, weight, and parcel dimensions.
Shipping Fees
- Orders over $X (or equivalent currency) qualify for free shipping; orders below the threshold are charged based on real-time rates at checkout.
- Oversized/overweight items may incur additional surcharges. Please refer to the product page or contact support.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees, typically payable by the recipient per destination regulations.
- If you require an invoice or special customs documentation, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.
Address Accuracy & Rerouting
- Please ensure all shipping details are complete and accurate (name, phone, street address, postal code).
- If you need to change the address, contact us before dispatch. Rerouting after shipment may incur extra fees and delays.
Loss, Damage & Delays
- If tracking shows no updates for an extended period or delivery exceeds the estimated window, please contact the carrier first and share the findings with us.
- For items damaged in transit or short-delivered, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the outer carton and items, plus your order number. We will assist with claims and arrange a reshipment or refund where applicable.
- We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics, strikes, conflicts), but we will help liaise with carriers to resolve issues.
Split Shipments
- To expedite delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers at no extra cost.
Missed Delivery & Returns to Sender
- If an order is returned due to address errors, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unpaid duties/taxes, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Additional shipping and related fees for reshipment may apply. For refunds, applicable shipping and handling fees may be deducted (custom or special items excluded).
Order Tracking
- After dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also view shipment status in “My Account — Order Details.”
- If tracking has no updates for 72 hours, please contact customer support and we will follow up with the carrier.
