I was not really able to notice the full effect.
This product had no effect for me. I usually take magnesium at bedtime to help with sleep and sore muscles, but unlike other ones I have used, this one did not seem to make any difference. Sorry!
After using this for a few months, I feel better and have been sleeping well.
These work quite well when I use them every day. They seem to support sleep and give a little extra benefit too. I am not sure they are the best quality out there, but they do an okay job.

This magnesium powder stick pack is easy to take. I had not realized magnesium comes in so many different forms. I have used it with food and on an empty stomach, and I have not noticed any side effects.

I need to buy more because since starting this 12-in-1 magnesium, my cramps have stopped as long as I keep drinking water. I have dealt with cramps for as long as I can remember, and I have tried mustard and pickle juice. Those only helped for a little while, but this 12-in-1 has worked much better. If you get cramps in your hands, feet, or hips, I would suggest this product.
These work well, and taking them at night helps with sleep.

I used up the entire bottle. It did not turn me into a superhero, but I definitely felt better. Between needing to pass gas and seeing in the mirror that I was losing my abs from all the great food in the United States, I could tell something was off. Women will say you look good and then feed you so much that nobody else will want you but them. Yes, I would absolutely buy this again when I need it, even while wondering when Latina women will stop trying to make me gordo. When I take this with water at night, I can hear it hit my stomach like a coin falling to the floor. No, my stomach is not made of steel, and I have destroyed plenty of toilets over the years. But that has happened much less since I started taking this. Thank you
I have tried just about everything to help me sleep, even Ambien, and this product has worked really well. I would suggest giving it a try because I do not think you will be let down.

This seems to work quite well. After 2 weeks, I could tell a difference, and the cramping in my legs and feet was hardly bad at all. You just need to give it some time.
