Not long after I took this, I started having pain. It also has a very unpleasant smell and taste. It might help some people, but it was not right for me. I chose not to return it.
I have not used these softgels long enough to know the benefits yet, but on day one I had SEVERE cramping. It may have been a reaction, or maybe I was extremely dehydrated. I wish there had been a warning label so I would have known ahead of time. I plan to try them again after my bloating goes down and begin with a smaller dose. I bought them on another platform from the same seller. With that said, I am not criticizing this product, but my experience so far has not been very good. At least now I know they are not a placebo. Other than that, the packaging arrived clean and sealed.
