These softgels are a lot smaller than the ones I bought before. The label says the dosage is the same, so I am not exactly sure how that works. So far, though, they seem fine. I get the same effect when I take them at night and sleep like a baby.

I use this vitamin D because it also includes vitamin K, which I take to help send the D to my bones instead of my heart. Since vitamins D and K are both fat soluble, I only take them 4x/week. The softgels are small, easy to swallow, the ingredients are plainly listed, and I think the cost is worth it.
