After taking these tablets for around a week, I consistently notice a clear difference in my joints and how well I move. The cost is high, and I would give it 5 stars if the price were better, but the tablets have worked very well for me.

The surgeon told me I did not need physical therapy or an operation, and I asked them to say it again. I was so shocked I stood up and hugged them. I do believe this product deserves credit along with the care I took of myself, and I truly stand by it.

Excellent product. I did not realize how much it was helping until I ran out of it after forgetting to set up my usual automatic supplement delivery. After just a couple of days, my knees began bothering me again. That was enough to convince me to put this one back on automatic shipping.
This is a big step up from the one I was using before. I give it as a supplement to my nearly 20-year-old Jack Russell terrier. The earlier brand was such a hassle because I had to crush the tablets with a wooden mallet, but with this one I just open the tablet and add it to the bottom of his dog food. No more crushing them up! :)
