I am very happy with this supplement. Having the vitamins combined means I need fewer pills, and they are simple to take.
I take two each day, and my vitamin D3 labs have been right where they should be. The K2 seems to be helping with absorption. I keep buying it again.
I like that I am not getting cramps, but needing to take three to get the full benefit is the one downside. The softgels are small though, so they are easy to swallow.

This D and K combination made a huge difference in my levels. I went from single digits to the upper end of normal. My doctor has even said I can take it every other day instead of daily and still maintain those numbers. I had spent years using other vitamin D supplements that never raised my levels. I would strongly suggest giving it about three months and then getting retested.
I have not been taking these very long, but up to now I have had no bad reactions or anything negative. The pills are small and easy to swallow. My husband and I plan to keep using them daily because they have helped a lot. I will come back and update once I have taken them longer.

This has been a very well-put-together daily supplement for bone, muscle, and energy support. Bringing together D3, K2 (MK-7), two kinds of magnesium, and zinc in one softgel is convenient, saves money, and takes up less space on the counter. They are easy to swallow and give me steady energy.
My grown children love it and use it every day. My body does not tolerate the magnesium, though.
